I love this affirmation today. We will cocoon a lot in our lives and awaken and gain clarity several times in our lifetime. Leaving each chapter more beautiful than the last. It may not be the fun part of the journey, to feel the weight of emotion and process it all, but it is the journey. And how we choose to view it or look back on it is also a part of our awakening/journey. So allowing ourselves to be accessible to new chapters in our life can be wonderful.

My emotions and life have shaped me. I allow everything I have experienced to release me and help catapult me to another phase in my life. My heart is ready.
