Crysta and her family have been fortunate enough to travel across the entire country not once, but twice in their R.V. It was a truly breathtaking experience that brought them a lot of healing and enlightenment. Currently, Crysta is enjoying her life in F.L. basking in the sunshine. However, she recently had a medical emergency that has put a pause on her travel plans. But, not to worry! Crysta’s one-on-one virtual session/party is just as special and meaningful as her physical sessions, minus the physical aspect. It’s a favorite among her clients and truly connects them just as well as an in-person session. We pride ourselves on our scheduling and payment system and never send random invoices, especially under other emails. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THEM. If you have any questions, please email us directly. We only have one email. It’s unfortunate, but it’s the world we live in, and communication is vital. DO NOT OPEN, ANSWER, OR DOWNLOAD ECT OTHER EMAILS PORTRAYING TO BE OURS. Appointments/ Gift Certificates

Exciting News/Announcement: With a grateful heart, we announce that we have temporarily suspended the ability to book appointments (those appointments that are currently booked will not be affected) open to the general public. Due to popularity, booking out, and our N.S.H. family growing immensely, we needed to pause, step back and focus solely on serving our current gift certificate holders for the remainder of the year. Giving them the attention and service that they deserve. We are also doing this so that I can also slow down, reflect and ignite my creative side and work on my own journey. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but so grateful and hopeful for great things to come. We may reopen appointments later and announce this on our website once that time comes.   • If you are a VIP, then you may be aware that we have held day-after-Thanksgiving sales on our gift certificates in the past. We loved how many people joined us for the holidays and how many gifts were given under everyone’s tree. It is something we hold dear to our hearts. However, due to the direction and beautiful changes for N.S.H. llc, we have decided to discontinue the sale of gift certificates. We will not be hosting a holiday sale this year. We apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate you thinking of us every holiday season.

Why was my appointment canceled?

There could be a few reasons why . . .

1. your appointment was booked at the same time as someone else s; there should be another email explaining this and another option.

2. (very common) You didn’t pay your invoice 24 hrs before your appointment. Everything is automated. If your invoice is unpaid, it will instantly cancel 24 hrs before your session. You will receive two invoice reminders via PayPal. If you have not received a PayPal invoice, it is imperative to contact us. ALSO, please make sure your email is updated. If we cannot get a hold of you, we will cancel your appointment.

3. If there is an emergency (even last minute) and we cannot get a hold of you via email, we will give you a full refund or move your appointment to the next similar availability. In your confirmation email you can push the blue button to Cancel/reschedule, if the date doesn’t work for you.
