Do you have Video Chat (Virtual appointments) available?

We do! This has been a fantastic connection and so helpful to those who would like to put a face to the spiritualist/medium. You will find this option under virtual appointments. If you have been with us for a while, you will see that this has improved and changed. We now use a virtual meeting room. We have yet to have any issues. It is simple to use, and if you do not want to sign up or download the program’s app, you can copy the link that we send you and paste it into the browser. You will be instantly connected. You can even try this ahead of time to see how it works. We are ecstatic about this new change and are grateful that it was shown to us.

I would like to purchase an appointment without creating a PayPal account

This is possible, and even we have overlooked this button. It is located below the login (in smaller print), and you will notice the option for just paying credit or debit without signing in. Simplifying the checkout.

I had an appointment, but I was not contacted at the time of my appointment.

This happens due to not having your correct information. You must ensure that we have a phone number and email that you check and use often. If we do not have your correct contact info, we can not get a hold of you. We have gone to great lengths to get a hold of people; sometimes, it is impossible. Due to the high volume of appointments, we communicate by email only. We are here to help you if you have any questions. Our email is crysta@nomadicspiritualhealings.com

I’m not sure if I should book a 30- or 60 min session or when. 

Crysta is a big believer that everything happens the way it should. She leaves this all up to you and want’s you to follow your gut and intuition. “You will always know when it’s time; you will just feel it.” This rarely happens, but if you book an hour but are done in thirty minutes, she will reimburse the remainder after the appointment is made. She is always upfront and honest when there is no more coming through.

When Are You Coming To Idaho . . . Montana. . . California etc.?

Crysta and her family did what most of us dreamed of and traveled the entire country (TWICE!) with her husband and children in an R.V. It was beautiful and full of healing and enlightenment. She is now in F.L., soaking up the kisses from the sun. Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency Crysta will not be traveling any time soon. Her one-on-one virtual session/ party versus a virtual are an all time favorite and do not not differ in connection to a physical session except for the physical of course.

I have received an invoice, which I’m not sure about. What do I do?

We pride ourselves on our scheduling and payment system and never send random invoices, especially under other emails. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THEM. If you have any questions, please email us directly. We only have one email. It’s unfortunate, but it’s the world we live in, and communication is vital. DO NOT OPEN, ANSWER, OR DOWNLOAD ECT OTHER EMAILS PORTRAYING TO BE OURS. The code on my Gift Certificate is not working.

They do expire one year from the purchase date, if it has not expired yet, please email us the code number connected to the e-card, and we will look further into it. You can contact us.

Do you have gift certificates? As of right now we do not. If you have received one and it has not expired you can still redeem them on the BOOK NOW page. Remember: if you are booking an appointment for a friend it is VERY important to make sure that you have their time zone in correctly or they will miss their appointment time.

Do you clear homes or buildings?

I no longer offer this option. If you think something dark or harmful is in your home, it is best to try to find a professional who clears spirits in your area. If you are in the Idaho area. I do have a friend that will come and clear your home or building for a fee.

Why was my appointment canceled?

There could be a few reasons why . . .

1. your appointment was booked at the same time as someone else s; there should be another email explaining this and another option.

2. (very common) You didn’t pay your invoice 24 hrs before your appointment. Everything is automated. If your invoice is unpaid, it will instantly cancel 24 hrs before your session. You will receive two invoice reminders via PayPal. If you have not received a PayPal invoice, it is imperative to contact us. ALSO, please make sure your email is updated. If we cannot get a hold of you, we will cancel your appointment.

3. If there is an emergency (even last minute) and we cannot get a hold of you via email, we will move your appointment to the next similar availability. In your confirmation email you can push the blue button to Cancel/reschedule, if the date doesn’t work for you.

I need to change or cancel my appointment

When you booked your appointment you received a confirmation email. Push the blue button to Cancel/reschedule. If you no longer have this email, just email us and we can resend it to you.

Do you have a waitlist for appointments during the holidays?

We do not, but you can go to your confirmation email and click the cancel/reschedule button and this will allow you to view the schedule for a different day. We encourage people to keep an eye out as cancelations due happen. If it does it will be available immediately. First come, first serve. Example: A client had to book an appointment two weeks out and ended up getting lucky and getting a session two days later.

What is the difference between a medium and a psychic?

Psychics are individuals with the talent or skill to perceive information beyond the average reach of the five senses and gain insight into the past, present, and future. This ability is also known as the “sixth sense” or psychic ability. Parapsychology experts refer to it as extrasensory perception (ESP).

This is also known as crossing over” into the afterlife; usually, a mediumship session involves messages from the “other side” supported by evidence to confirm that there is indeed life after death. Mediums are also conduits for other entities or beings, such as angels, spirit guides, and ascended masters. Mediums who convey messages from such sources are also known as “channels.”

Are you capable of having sessions with an interpreter?

Yes, I have done several parties and one on ones this way. The sessions flow the same, and it’s a beautiful experience. I do recommend a virtual session if doing one remotely. You do not have to pay an extra fee for the interpreter to join you. They can join for free. Please email us ahead of time if you are interested at crysta@nomadicspiritualhealings.com. We do have discounts. A lot of the deals are offered to NewsLetter Holders (you can sign up at the bottom of the website)

Can you do sessions in other countries? 

Of course! We do it all the time. Virtual (no fees, free and need a computer and internet connection) and phone appointments (client is responsible for phone fees) work great for this.
