Many different symptoms can indicate negative psychic attacks. It just takes one negative thought or jealousy from another, directly to you, to throw off your energy line, chakras, and spiritual being.  The following list identifies a few significant symptoms. Please know that this is an energy exchange, and most people are VERY unaware that they are even sending an attack. Thoughts are real and manifest very quickly; this also includes negative ones. It can be as simple as a road rager, wishing harm on you, this psychic attack is now causing ill intention. It is so vital to be aware spiritually and always clear, and clean your energy within and without. To make sure that you don’t have something like this attached to your being or aura. Clear your chakra’s. Use an energy bubble. Cord cutting ( You don’t even need to know who the sender is, just making the intention of who it is, that it be cut and healed from you). Meditate. Sage. Use the white light to clear. Use of crystals and rocks. Ask for archangels to help you, etc. Clear your space and being. These “spiritual tools” can help you find more balance, without distraction or misdirection. The more energy sensitive you are, the more you may notice or recognize when receiving one.
